What happens if Cleveland does develop a "design district"?

Well, for one, the amount of people wearing all black downtown will no doubt increase. Also investors in any coffee shop in the area will no doubt have increased returns. The non sarcastic part of me says that maybe Cleveland will start to attract some serious investment and clout from the region which can only mean good things in terms of tourism, jobs and amenities and that there might be a sudden injection of street life to liven up downtown.
