January 23 – February 29 New Palladians, an exhibition on one of the world’s most influential architects Andrea Palladio (1508-1580) and his influence on the architecture of today, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Jorge M. Perez Architecture Center Irvin Korach Gallery. In conjunction with the exhibit, a lecture “New Traditional Architecture & Urbanism and the 21st Century” will be presented on Wednesday, February 8 by Professor Lucien Steil of the University of Notre Dame; followed by a tour of the New Palladians exhibition and a reception. La Dolce Vita (1960) by Federico Fellini, a lush and intoxicating masterpiece, La Dolce Vita is a meditation on the meaning of life and love and stars Marcello Mastroianni as Marcello, a gossip writer in Rome who seeks the fleeting excesses of decadence of life. March 19 – April 13 Architecture in Perspective 25: An International Juried Exhibition of Architectural Illustration, the American Society of Architectural Illustrators, including the Hugh Ferriss Memorial Prize and Awards of Excellence. The official opening and reception will be on Friday, March 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibit will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Jorge M. Perez Architecture Center Irvin Korach Gallery. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
