"UPS, with help from the EPA and Eaton Corp. of Cleveland, has introduced the world's first hydraulic hybrid diesel delivery vehicle. The environmentally friendly truck, which Eaton and EPA officials said can increase fuel efficiency by 60 to 70 percent and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 40 percent, made a stop Monday in Cleveland."
