University Circle is on a roll. With jobs, development and non-profit institutions on the rise, land within the district will rise in value, and along with it, the pressure to build taller buildings and more densely populated areas.
Join us as we look a couple of decades ahead at the future of Cleveland's premier medical, educational and cultural district. University Circle already offers national examples on how anchor institutions, developers, foundations and local government can collaborate to nurture growth. What's coming next?
Our discussion will tally University Circle's successes to date and examine the planning policies and principles that will shape University Circle in years to come. The conversation will touch on specific areas that appear destined for redevelopment and examine how rising wealth in the district could benefit surrounding neighborhoods. Most important, we'll look at where the biggest opportunities lie for University Circle—and how the district and the city can make the most of them.
