Samuel Gresham Jr., former head of the Columbus Urban League and the Ohio Commission on African American Males. Current chair of the Common Cause Ohio.
Summary:
The discussion will outline ways in which our transportation policies reinforce segregation and exacerbate inequality in Ohio. Speakers will explain how minority groups, the elderly and handicapped bear a disproportionate burden for transportation decision making that favors driving over.
